CAREER HISTORY
Kate Juhasz
Kate attended the University of Queensland where she received a Bachelor of Law and Arts majoring in Political Science. She practiced as a criminal solicitor and was a senior lawyer at the Queensland Floods Commission of Inquiry before her call to the bar in 2012.
In 2016 she was appointed a part time member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, a position she held for seven years.
Kate regularly appears in criminal, disciplinary and regulatory matters throughout Queensland maintaining a substantial trial practice. She also appears in inquiries and inquests for government agencies.
Kate is a member of the Bar Association’s Criminal Law Committee.
